Course Overview

This course is designed for people who manage stock up to the point of slaughter and require a good understanding animal welfare regulations within the work area, and the principles of humane slaughter. 

It provides the knowledge and skills to effectively monitor and handle livestock as documented in organisational quality systems, and is consistent with legislative and international market requirements.
