What is LabConnect?

LabConnect is designed to simplify things for our lab customers. LabConnect streamlines the sample testing process, allowing for faster processing and visibility of samples from submission to reporting. 

Simply navigate to labconnect.co.nz (external link)  and sign in. The LabConnect dashboard provides a quick access link to start your sample registration process. You can also view testing progress and access test results 24/7.

Can I get a log on to LabConnect via email or online?

When your login details are sent to you it will also include a link to the LabConnect login page.

How easy is it to use LabConnect?

Navigating and using our latest laboratory software, LabConnect, is straightforward. Request for login to sign in to the LabConnect dashboard and select sample registration to register samples. There are informative user guides and quick start guides that you can view from the dashboard.

What are the benefits of using LabConnect?

Our goal is to help our lab customers enjoy a seamless and streamlined sample testing process. Our customers can benefit from being able to register samples themselves, view test results online, and enjoy faster processing from submission to reporting. Other benefits include being able to view and download previous test results, plus increased visibility of samples and testing progress from the time of submission to time of completion.

What's the difference between LabConnect and vLab?

Virtual Lab Plus is the previous pre-registration application that was used for AsureQuality. LabConnect has now superseded Virtual Lab Plus for registering submissions.
